leading researchers on Emotional Intelligence. They proposed a model that
identifies four different factors of Emotional Intelligence viz., Perceiving
Emotions, Reasoning with Emotions, Understanding Emotions and Managing Emotions.

greater personal and organisational or social effectiveness, improved
leadership, and overall better quality of life.
